Beginning Monday, October 26th 2020, this training group is designed to help equip you with skills to excel and thrive as a leader of leaders.

The skills and requirements needed to be a capable ministry leader are not limited to merely leading a band or playing an instrument beautifully.

You need systems and processes to create the kind of ministry you enjoy leading, and I am here to help!

In this 4-week course we will explore:

  • Ways of Organizing Your Ministry

  • Strategies for Staying On Top of Your Calendar

  • Special Events Planning

  • Team Development

  • Audition Processes

  • And More!

Effective systems help you sustain productivity, avoid burnout and develop the potential of your team.

What is unique about US

Local.jpg

This group meets online and is made with ministry leaders in mind.

You won’t have to fly out of state for this training. This cohort meets online via a video platform which allows you to stay invested in your local church and apply what you have been learning in your home context.

Relational.jpg

This group is relational.

The best learning takes place with like-minded people. This training is not an online webinar. It is a group designed for members to learn from one another and challenge one another to grow. You will thrive as you develop relationships with other leaders in your area.

MENTOR.jpg

Mentorship is built in.

Many online programs provide digital recordings for users to listen to. I have discovered in the last 20 years of my own development that proximity to a mentor matters. Can you learn from a recording? Absolutely! But being able to ask questions of someone with more experience about what you are currently facing is utterly priceless. Each meeting will leave room for discussion around what is happening in your ministry context and possible solutions.

Accountability.jpg

Accountability and growth are priority #1.

This is not just information transfer, this cohort will provide support and accountability to help you set goals, and take action to accomplish what needs to happen in your own growth and ministry.

You will be challenged to build and implement new systems in your ministry and apply what you are learning.

 We Will Cover Subjects Like:

  • Leadership Skills

  • Available Resources for Managing Your Team

  • And more!

  • Time Management

  • Developing Other Leaders

  • Dread-free Audition Process

YOUR INVESTMENT

Most worship leaders budget for and plan to attend one conference per year.  The normal cost for a conference averages between $200-600 for a 1-3 day event.  Plus the cost of round trip airfare, housing, transportation, meals etc.

You could also fly out of state for short term training which will cost thousands of dollars in extra costs for accommodations while traveling as well as finding coverage for services while you are away.

Or you could go the Bible College route.  The average cost of an undergrad program in a private christian institution is $100,000 for both online and in person schooling.  But a program like this doesn’t just cost you money, it also costs in time away from your primary ministry.

This 4 week course is $500.

This fee includes:

  • 8 Weekly Meetings 1.5 hours for training and Q+A

  • 50% off the registration fee for Alaska Worship Summit 2020 a one-day worship training workshop for the entire team. ($75 value)

  • Discounted Private Coaching Services ($50 in savings)*

  • Confidence that you no longer have to run from one event to another or scramble to find volunteers. Once you have a system, all you have to do is execute it.
